The inauguration brought together around 100 participants, including people who had previously worked alongside the volunteers during emergencies.

Andrea Ferrarini, formerly involved with civil protection in Bondeno, also remembered assistance provided after the 2012 earthquakes.
Created in 1976 by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, the programme combines community assistance with disaster-response activities.
Inside the Bologna tent, visitors can see displays about humanitarian work and practical assistance while learning about practical approaches to interpersonal difficulties and daily problems.
Ivan Arjona, representative of news eu italy budget the Church of Scientology to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and UN, described the Bologna initiative as an expression of European values of solidarity, human dignity and community responsibility.
The Bologna exhibition highlights a programme that operates both in times of disaster and in everyday community life.
